When we begin to listen to and honor the body’s cues, we allow for self-caring choices. Set a private intention or share what it is you’d like to focus on - your breathing, noticing sensation, or quieting your mind, for example. These sessions begin with grounding touch, and gentle verbal cues throughout will continually bring you back to your body and remind you why you’re there. You’ll leave feeling grounded and reconnected with your body.
